By downloading or using "Answer This For Me" ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these terms.
2. AI Credit System
The App's AI features require "Credits." You will be granted an initial amount of free credits upon first use.
Additional Credits can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to change the price of Credits or the number of Credits required for any AI action at any time.
3. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to use the App to create, send, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt the service, or abuse the credit system.

4. Account Status and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently ban any user account for violating these terms. Such actions may be taken without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the content generated by the AI will be accurate, complete, reliable, or free of errors. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and its use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
7. Account Status and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently discontinue our services with or without prior notice.
