1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ChocoChore ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We define the Developer as the individual or entity that created this App. The Developer makes no warranty that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the App at your sole risk.
3. Right to Terminate Service
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE APP (OR ANY PART THEREOF) AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App. We are under no obligation to maintain, support, or update the App.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP;
(B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP;
(C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP;
(D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
5. Virtual Currency and Allowance
The "Wallet" and "Allowance" features in the App are for tracking purposes only. NO REAL MONEY IS PROCESSED, HELD, OR TRANSFERRED BY THE APP. Any financial settlements between family members are the sole responsibility of the users. Points and virtual balances have no real-world monetary value.
6. Subscriptions
"Pro" features are offered via a subscription model.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees or features at any time.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these terms without refund.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of MALTA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
