Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using "RogerThat" ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the App immediately.
2. Educational Purpose Only (Disclaimer)
RogerThat is a simulation game designed for entertainment and supplementary educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for certified flight instruction. The developer assumes no liability for any actions taken by you in real-world aviation operations based on information learned in this App. Always consult a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) regarding real-world procedures.
3. Virtual Currency and Goods
Credits: The App uses "Credits" to access AI features. These Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to other accounts. Purchases: All purchases of Credits are processed by Apple. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
4. User Conduct and Account Termination
We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or terminate your access to the App (and the backend services) at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Abuse: Attempting to manipulate the App’s economy, "farming" credits, or reverse-engineering the API.
Inappropriate Usage: Using the speech recognition system to harass the AI or transmit offensive content.
If your account is banned or suspended:
You forfeit all accumulated XP, Ranks, Hearts, and Purchased Credits.
You are not entitled to any refund for unused Credits.
We reserve the right to block your device identifier permanently.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App running 24/7, but we rely on third-party services (Google, Apple). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without liability.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
